The main ingredients in Red Bilberry Extract are anthocyanidins and proanthocyanidins, both are strong antioxidants with high free radical scavenging ability, which can reduce the inflammation and stabilize tissues containing collagen. Red Bilberry Extract also contains polyphenols, which may help to reduce hypertension and reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease.
